From the second you call our team, to the day we hand you the keys to your dream home, we will be with you every step of the way. We personalize and take into account every detail to ensure you have the most knowledge and support possible when making the decision to build on your land. Our team is prepared to create a full-custom home (examples here), or offer smartly designed home plans to ease the building process through our Signature Series plans — on your dream land. You can also present us with floor plans that you’ve already had designed. It is important to keep in mind that each “scattersite” (on your lot) build is unique, down to the soil, so the timeframe for each build is variable. This is why we strive for transparency, thoroughness and setting realistic timeframes up-front so you and your family can simply enjoy the build, and stay in-the-know throughout.
