For two weeks in September 2022, ChimneyRidge was HOMEARAMA. Six show homes, open to the public. One of them was ours: The Oakmont, a 2,745-square-foot ranch with a finished lower level.

The show finished what a new neighborhood usually takes years to finish: the entrance, the streets, the landscaping. Today The Oakmont is someone's forever home. The gas lamps are just the way home now.

Most of ChimneyRidge sits under old-growth canopy. Behind many homesites the ground falls away toward the woods, and that's what a walkout lower level wants: daylight windows, a door straight out to the trees, a second living space that never feels like a basement.

Thirty homesites on three cul-de-sacs is the whole community. It won't get bigger.

You may see another builder's sign on your cul-de-sac. ChimneyRidge works with a small group of builders. With us, the designer who draws your plan, the project manager who builds it and the people who answer your calls all work for the same company.

Worth knowing before you choose a homesite

Loveland address, Little Miami schools. ChimneyRidge is in the Warren County part of the City of Loveland. Children here attend Little Miami schools rather than Loveland City Schools, which matters a lot to some buyers and not at all to others.
