The Equestrian

One of JDH’s most adaptable plans. The Equestrian works as single-level living or expands to a two-story layout — with a private primary suite, open great room, and a carriage-style garage exterior that turns heads before anyone steps inside.
Rubicon

The most accessible entry into Signature Series ranch living. The Rubicon’s split-bedroom layout puts the primary suite on one end and secondary bedrooms on the other — a covered front porch out front, an open kitchen and great room at the center, and room to grow downstairs when you’re ready.
Piedmont

The largest plan in the Signature Series. The Piedmont is built for households that need real space — a first-floor primary suite, a two-story great room, and 5–7 bedrooms across up to three levels. The Heatherwood’s defining feature is its owner’s retreat — it spans the entire left side of the home, giving the primary suite a presence most plans reserve for the whole main floor. Shaker Run

JDH’s 2018 HOMEARAMA showcase home — and one of the most requested plans in the Signature Series ever since. Primary suite on the main floor, secondary bedrooms upstairs with a jack-and-jill bath, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and a kitchen island so large the pantry spans the entire wall behind it.
Crooked Stick

The only plan in the JDH lineup built around two primary suites. The Crooked Stick is designed specifically for multi-generational households — two families, two generations, two owners — each with their own retreat, under one roof built the right way.

Savannah

Awarded Best Custom Home in Ohio in 2018 and featured in Grandin Road. The Savannah’s main level is built around cathedral ceilings, a covered terrace, and a chef’s kitchen designed for the way people actually gather. Are these virtual tours of real homes or renderings?
Every home in the JDH virtual tour library is a real, completed custom home — not a rendering or a simulation. These are actual builds photographed using Matterport 3D technology, allowing you to walk through each room as if you were standing in it.
Can I build any of these floor plans as my own home?
Yes. Every floor plan in the virtual tour library is available to build — either in a JDH community or on your own land across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton. Floor plans are starting points. Every detail, finish, and feature can be customized to fit how you actually live.
