Two Acres, and the Time to Use Them
Most of what gets built around Cincinnati sits on a fraction of an acre. Bothe Farms doesn't work that way. Nineteen homesites, each over two acres, in a rural stretch of Warren County that still looks like Warren County.
The land is the reason to be here. Room for the outdoor living space that actually gets used. Distance from the neighbors. A back yard that ends at a treeline instead of a fence.
Blooms & Berries is up the road. Downtown Loveland is under five miles. The Little Miami Bike Trail runs nearby, and I-71 gets you anywhere you need to be.
The community is developed by Brookstone Homes. Justin Doyle Homes is one of the builders showing here.
Tour The Ironwood
The Ironwood is our HOMEARAMA 2026 home — 8,126 square feet across three finished floors, on Lot 12.
A main-level primary suite with dual walk-in closets. A 21' x 22' great room that opens onto covered outdoor living. Three bedrooms and a loft upstairs. Below, a theater, a golf simulator, an exercise room, a guest suite, and a recreation room that runs the length of the house.
It's the largest home we've built for a show. Walk it, and you'll understand what seventeen years of building in Cincinnati looks like when it has room to show itself.
Build Here
Currently we only have one open lot available to build on.
Most people who walk The Ironwood aren't looking for 8,126 square feet. They're looking for the way it's built. That's available here, at your scale, on land you choose — and you don't have to wait for the show to end to start.
