About the community

Nineteen homesites, each over two acres, in a rural stretch of Hamilton Township that still looks rural. Little Miami School District. About three miles from downtown Loveland and roughly twenty from downtown Cincinnati, with I-275 and I-71 both close enough to make the commute ordinary.

Most of what gets built around Cincinnati sits on a fraction of an acre. Bothe Farms doesn't work that way — and two acres changes what a house can be. Real distance from the neighbors. Room for a pool, a sports court, an outbuilding, or nothing at all.
