The House

Five bedrooms. Four full baths, two half. A three-car garage. 8,126 square feet across three fully finished floors on 2.359 acres, with a pool and a private sports court.

The Ironwood was designed the way every Justin Doyle home is designed — in-house, from the first conversation forward, with the design team and the builder in the same room. Not a plan pulled from a catalog and adjusted at the margins. The ceiling heights, the sight lines, the way the kitchen opens toward the back of the property rather than away from it — those were decisions, made once, for this land.

The main level keeps what matters within reach. A 21' × 22' great room opening to covered outdoor living. A kitchen built around how people actually cook, under a hand-set stone arch that runs to the ceiling. A dining room sized for the gatherings you want to host. A private office. A primary suite with dual walk-in closets and a spa bath.

Upstairs, three bedrooms with walk-in closets, a loft, and a dedicated playroom — room for family and guests without crowding the main floor.
