The Oakmont

Signature Series · Ranch · 2,745+ sq ft · 3–5 bed · 2.5–4 bath · 2–3 car garage · Optional finished basement

Single-level living with room to grow. The Oakmont centers around an open great room, kitchen, and dining area designed for the way people actually gather — with a private primary suite and flexible spaces for offices, guests, or hobbies.

The Equestrian

Signature Series · Ranch or Two-Story · 2,544+ sq ft · 2–4 bed · 2.5–3.5 bath · 3-car garage

One of JDH’s most adaptable plans. The Equestrian works as single-level living or expands to a two-story layout — with a private primary suite, open great room, and a carriage-style garage exterior that turns heads before anyone steps inside.

Rubicon

Signature Series · Ranch · 2,311+ sq ft · 2–5 bed · 2–3 bath · 2–3 car garage · Optional finished basement

The most accessible entry into Signature Series ranch living. The Rubicon’s split-bedroom layout puts the primary suite on one end and secondary bedrooms on the other — a covered front porch out front, an open kitchen and great room at the center, and room to grow downstairs when you’re ready.

Piedmont

Signature Series · 2–3 Levels · 3,859+ sq ft · 5–7 bed · 4–5 bath · 2–3 car garage

The largest plan in the Signature Series. The Piedmont is built for households that need real space — a first-floor primary suite, a two-story great room, and 5–7 bedrooms across up to three levels. The right fit for growing families, multi-generational living, or anyone who’s simply done making rooms do double duty.

Heatherwood

Signature Series · Ranch · 2,600+ sq ft · 2–5 bed · 2–4 bath · 2–3 car garage · Optional finished basement

The Heatherwood’s defining feature is its owner’s retreat — it spans the entire left side of the home, giving the primary suite a presence most plans reserve for the whole main floor. Laundry off the garage, a breakfast nook built for slow mornings, and an open great room that flows the way real life does.

Common Questions

Are these virtual tours of real homes or renderings?

Every home in the JDH virtual tour library is a real, completed custom home — not a rendering or a simulation. These are actual builds photographed using Matterport 3D technology, allowing you to walk through each room as if you were standing in it.

Can I build any of these floor plans as my own home?

Yes. Every floor plan in the virtual tour library is available to build — either in a JDH community or on your own land across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton. Floor plans are starting points. Every detail, finish, and feature can be customized to fit how you actually live.

How much do these homes cost to build?

JDH custom homes start in the mid $500s for Signature Series plans and range to $3M and above for Luxury Series builds. Pricing varies based on plan, lot, finishes, and site conditions. Contact our sales team for a detailed estimate on any specific plan.

What areas does Justin Doyle Homes build in?

JDH builds throughout Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and the Dayton area — including Mason, Lebanon, Loveland, Goshen, Union KY, West Chester, Liberty Township, and surrounding communities. We also build on your lot anywhere within the region.

How do I get started after touring a home I like?

Use the “Contact Us” button on this page or fill out the form below.  A JDH new home consultant will reach out to discuss the plan, your land or lot options, pricing, and next steps. Most buyers start with a conversation — not a contract.

What is the difference between the Signature Series and Luxury Series?

The Signature Series offers value-engineered custom floor plans starting in the mid $500s — fully customizable, built around main-level living, on your land or ours. The Luxury Series begins at $1M and delivers fully custom homes with landmark architecture, curated finishes, and spaces built without compromise. Both series are represented in the virtual tour library above.
