ChimneyRidge sits high on 26 wooded acres off of Butterworth Road in the City of Loveland. Limited to 30 homesites of which many back to private, wooded and sloping rear yards with lots up to two acres. And for the first time ever, visitors to the HOMEARAMA® 2022 home show could scan a QR code to learn about suppliers and pricing on select pieces in The Oakmont, thanks to our wonderful partners at Design To Market home staging!
